This Privacy Policy describes how Finterest, Inc., doing business as Finterest ("Finterest," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the Finterest platform and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or use the Platform, we collect information you provide directly, including:

- Account registration information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Billing and payment information, which is processed by our payment processor Stripe, Inc. Finterest does not store payment card data.
- Business information such as your firm name, role, and professional details.
- Content you upload to or generate through the Platform, including prospect data, outreach sequences, templates, and contact records.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

- Log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Usage data such as features accessed, actions taken, and session duration.
- Device information such as device identifiers and hardware model.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 5 below.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you connect third-party services to the Platform, such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM platforms, we may receive data from those services as part of the integration. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any such data with us under the applicable third-party terms of service and applicable law.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- Send product-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform and develop new features.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Generate aggregated, de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, and industry reporting. This data does not identify you or any individual.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information or your prospect data to any third party. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that help us operate the Platform, including:

- Stripe, Inc. for payment processing.
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
- Analytics and monitoring tools.
- Customer support tools.

These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

3.2 Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect third-party services to the Platform, data may flow between Finterest and those services as part of the integration you configured. You control which integrations you enable.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Finterest, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform to you. Upon termination of your subscription, we retain your data for sixty (60) days, during which you may request an export. After this period, we delete your data from our active systems in the ordinary course of business, subject to any legal hold obligations.

We may retain aggregated, de-identified data derived from your use of the Platform indefinitely for analytics and business purposes.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform, authenticate users, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is perfect. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a confirmed security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed discovery, as described in our Terms of Service.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you, including the categories of information, the purposes for collection, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law, such as where we need the information to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out mechanism is required at this time, but you may contact us at any time to confirm this.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Platform.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA or CPRA rights.

We will respond within forty-five (45) days, with one permitted extension of an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, in which case we may require proof of authorization.

9. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND SWITZERLAND (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation applies to our processing of your personal data.

We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Platform.
